So excited to start teaching a Pre-Natal Yoga class while I'm still pregnant! I'll be leading the class every Saturday from 12 pm to 1:30 pm until I go into labor (Thanksgiving~ish) at Evolution Yoga & PT in Burlington, VT ~ starting September 18th!

I'm back to teaching!

I'm very excited to announce that I'll be teaching yoga THIS fall until our second baby arrives...Starting the week of September 8th, at Evolution Yoga on Kilburn Street in Burlington, VT.

Thursdays - Post-Natal - 10:25 to 11:40 am
(babies are welcome in this class! +/- 6 weeks to crawling)

Saturdays - Vinyasa level I/II - 9:05 am to 10:30 am

We (myself and baby in my belly) had a wonderful time with my mom, practicing on the lawn facing the Lake Champlain. It was the perfect morning, with the sun shining and a refreshing cool breeze. Thank you for all the spectacular teachers and people that created, taught, assisted, and made this event one to remember forever! Namaste!!

Harvesting...

What a delicious and nutritious reward for all the work in the spring of building a couple 6 x 16 foot raised beds, filling them with soil and compost...then planting and watering... and taking good loving care of our plants. For the past few weeks and more to come, we are enjoying the fruits of our labor!This week, I found more zucchini and cucumbers, winter squash and three kinds of tomatoes! We are also growing cauliflower, broccoli, kale, chard, watermelon, corn, snap peas and a couple more vegetables, as well as a full herb garden. I am so happy for the success of our first REAL garden!
