Each decade, each year we learn more about what is healthy and what is hazardous. We've learned about the risks of direct smoking and then second-hand smoke. Now there's information about third-hand smoke ~ the toxic residue left on clothes, skin, hair, furniture, floor, walls, etc., after the cigarette has long been extinguished. This is harmful to all especially those that are still growing & developing, kids!
"Children's immature immune systems may mistake components of smoke for dangerous germs and attack them, beginning the inflammatory process that ends in bronchitis or asthma. Other components may interfere with development of the nervous system. Plus, babies who are crawling and mouthing things have a higher risk of exposure."

A NEW Place for Kids & Parents!
There's a lot to do in our Vermont community for kids and parents, but we feel that it would be richer if there was another place to go with our kids (ages +/- 0 to 5 years-old), where kids and parents could interact as well as attend workshops, network, play, rest & eat, and perhaps more!

WaLL Yoga workshops!
Walls surround us physically and mentally, provide safety & structure, give support, explore limitations and challenge imagination. Why not take our practice vertically to our walls?
Whether you are a beginner or advanced in your practice, WaLL Yoga will offer ~ Alignment awareness, Expansion potential, Balance support, Strengthening stretches, Restorative relaxation and more ~ it’s up to you!

Each class will begin with guided meditation and conclude with a long relaxation/meditation time for reflexion and rest.
